distributors, utilities, retailers, service providers --- your company.
Question: Why not collect
the money myself?
Answer: Global Control, Inc. adheres to collection law; we protect your
rights. We cost less than in-house collecting. You don't pay employee
salaries, benefits, insurance, or other payroll related expenses when you use
Global Control, Inc.
Question: What method is
used to collect an account?
Answer: Frequent debtor contact through letters and telephone calls.
Question: When will I
receive the money that was collected?
Answer: On or around the 15th of every month that we collect
money for you.
Question: What if, as a result of your work,
payments are sent to my business instead of to
Global Control, Inc.?
Answer: If you receive payments, please notify our office.
We will then advise you on whether you should
retain the funds or remit them to
Global Control, Inc.
Question: How do I begin
using Global Control, Inc. to
collect my money?
Answer: Just call our office, or fax a copy of the bill or
invoice that you would like collected.
Question: How old can
an account be?
Answer: An account can be quite old. However, the older the
account, the more difficult it is to collect, and the more it will
cost to collect.
Question: At what
account age should I place the account?
Answer: Most of our clients place accounts as they approach
90 days.

Answer: Most debtors are suprised to find us a caring mediator
